Applications of microprocessors and single chip microcontrollers in instrumentation techniques are presented in this course. The course is focused on describing function and programming in embedded applications.Osnovy přednášek:

6. | MOS ROM, PROM, EPROM, FLASH memory, storage cell | |
7. | R/W - SRAM, DRAM, SDRAM memory, double gate and multigate memory | |
8. | Microprocessor system bus, signals and timing | |
