Anotation:

Course explains basic terms and methods for continuous-time and discrete-time signal and system analysis.

Study targets:

Background of continuous and discrete signals and systems. Tests during semester and final test.

3. Systems in time-domain
4. Convolution and correlation
5. Properties and application of Laplace transform L-
6. Properties and application of Fourier transform and series
7. Properties and application of Discrete Fourier transform (DFT)
8. Properties and application of Z-transform
9. System function and frequency response
10. Signal sampling and reconstruction
11. Introduction to continuous-time filters
12. Introduction to discrete-time and digital filters
13. Quantization and limit cycles
14. Modulation
