Psychology of personality. Industrial and organizational psychology. Psychology in human resources management. Workgoups and teams, roles and competencies. Psychology in sales, consumer behavior analysis, psychology in marketing. Personality of a manager and leader. Time management, planning, delegation. Corporate culture.

Exercises outline:
Seminars are focused practical development, training, and practicing of particular social and managerial skills through a form of experiential learning and psychological and managerial games.
In a course of a semester students pick a topic for an assignment, that they need to defend towards the end of a course.
